The Schuylkill Community Education Council (SCEC) ´s mission is to broker education and training opportunities for Schuylkill County.

SCEC identifies, implements and oversees access to postsecondary education and workforce training. The council partners with institutions of higher education and works with business and industry to provide resources for employment training opportunities that address Schuylkill County’s current and future economic development trends.
