Normally, I'm a pretty neat eater. I don't dribble gravy on my shirt. I don't drop meatballs into my lap. I don't spill my drink on the tablecloth. With one exception...peaches. I love peaches so ripe and juicy that you struggle in vain to get control of the juiciness with the help of a napkin but still end up with juice all over your chin. So good. So fresh. So brief a season when you can get a really good peach! How wonderful it must be to pick a peach and eat it right off the tree!
If you a fellow peach aficionado, enjoy them with a crowd of other peach lovers at a Peach Festival.
