February is Barley Month, Love the Bus Month, Haiku Writing Month and Women Inventors Month. Of course, as much as I love barley, buses, haikus and women inventors I want to use today's post to give a shout out to another thing celebrated in February: National Heart Health Month.
After looking at the website for the American Heart Association I could give you a list of dozens of things to do and not to do to improve your heart health. But who has the time to remember all that? So they've narrowed it down to eight words to remember:
Eat Smart. Add Color. Move More. Be Well.

For all you ladies out there, good news and bad news.
