"Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the Bunny Trail..." or in this case, riding down the Railroad Line. Why not celebrate Spring, Easter or trains with a ride on one of three Easter Bunny Trips during the next two weekends on vintage railroad cars. Each trip is approximately 70 minutes long and costs $13.00 for adults, $9.00 for children and FREE for children under the age of three. I've only been on the Minersville trip but I enjoyed it immensely, even though the Easter Bunny wasn't on board. He will be for these trips!
I recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance (sometimes they sell out), arrive early (it's lots of funny watching the engines "get their steam up") and take lots of photos. Each day trains will leave at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. If you don't have advance tickets, show up for the 11:00 a.m. trip -- if the 11 a.m. trip is sold out you'll still have the chance of two more trips.
