Move More Month Challenge 2024
Welcome to VISION's Healthy Schuylkill Communities annual "Move More Month" Challenge!
The American Heart Association (AHA) has designated April as "Move More Month". VISION joins AHA in encouraging Americans to be more physically active.
This Challenge will encourage you to Move More this Month...and all year. Part of Healthy Schuylkill Communities (HSC) program mission is to increase opportunities for physical activity. During Move More Month we encourage you to track any exercise, minutes, steps, and miles in whatever format works best for you. Use the formats below, create your own tracking tool, or use an app. Send weekly updates via link below or to [email protected].

Complete all three for opportunities for a chance to win:
* Register for Challenge
* Track and report exercise, at least 10 times in April
* Participate in at least one mini challenge
